Welcome! I am Mikin Plummer -
I am the CEO of a construction association in California. In my 30 years in business management, construction, staffing, and workforce development, I have had the blessing to lead and encourage employees to find a career path to lead them to their fullest potential. Those who do not follow the path to college, are often left feeling lost and uncertain about what steps to take to lead them to a successful career. I developed a plan to help high school students, young adults and parents feel encouraged and inspired to take the steps to prepare their own path or help their children find their way to a successful future! I am the mom of 3 young adults whom all took different paths to their future careers. I am also the wife of a high school wrestling coach and I have counseled over 300+ young athletes to prepare their path after high school. Let's take a journey to find the right path for you!

I believe we can help you prepare a path to success and know that we can’t serve everyone in a one-to-one capacity, which has led to the launch of Prepare Your Path Academy

It is the BEST WAY to learn the Prepare your path method. This course is designed for PARENTS of high school students who may not choose college as their path after graduation. You will be given ALL the tools you need to PREPARE THEIR CAREER PATH! I will teach you our step by step approach to help you walk hand in hand with your child to explore their options if college is not in the plan.
